The cost of all utilities is equal to 200 euros but does not include electricity. Bright studio with a sofa bed double size, a kitchen and a bathroom. The studio is located in a nice neighbourhood 5 minutes by walk from Porta Ticinese and 15 minutes by walk from Bocconi University. The admin fee includes the final cleaning for 40 euros and the check-in and check-out for 80 euros.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
